Personal data and cookies

When you request help

We use your name, phone, address, optional email, preferred time and description to assess work, quote and contact you. This is needed to take steps towards a potential agreement at your request and carry out work if ordered.

Optional ROT details and photos

Providing identity and housing details for ROT in the request is optional. They are used for ROT documentation if you order eligible work; you may provide them later directly to H2OVS. Send only necessary installation photos and avoid people or private information.

How requests are handled

Requests are saved in the booking system and emailed to H2OVS. Hosting and the database use Cloudflare; notifications use Resend. Emailed photos are handled in the company's email. Accounting and ROT data may be provided to relevant authorities when work is ordered.

Your questions and rights

Contact H2OVS to ask what data we hold, correct errors or request deletion or restriction. Deletion may be limited if data is needed for accounting or an ongoing case. You can also contact Swedish privacy authority (IMY) and submit a complaint.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We use Google Ads only with your consent to measurement. The tag loads after consent. Measurement concerns saved requests. The reference prevents duplicate counting. Names, phone, email, address, description and ROT details are not sent with the conversion event.

Google may process visit and device data, including IP and advertising identifiers, and use ad cookies such as _gcl_aw. This measurement does not enable personalised ads or Google Analytics. Read about how Google uses information from websites.

Consent is optional. Acceptance and refusal are stored locally for six months. Change your choice here or in Cookie settings. Withdrawing consent reloads without the Google tag. Booking and phone links work without measurement.

Booking details are not saved in browser local storage; they stay in memory until submitted. Links to Instagram and authorities open their websites, where their terms apply.

Language preference

We remember your language in an essential cookie for one year. The language is also included in your request to help us plan our reply.
