What does a fixed plumbing price include?
Similar jobs may include different things. Use this checklist to compare offers and select the right package.
Compare the same work
Check whether you supply the product or it is included. Compare removal, connection materials, testing and disposal; fitting your own toilet or tap is different from a complete product-and-installation package.
Check travel and materials
Ask if travel is included for your address. H2OVS fixed price packages include the service vehicle within Trestad, but materials differ between packages. New valves, fittings or pipe changes may be separate work.
Check installation conditions
A standard replacement normally uses the same position and usable connections. Tight spaces, damaged pipes, stuck valves or different connection dimensions can change the scope. Send photos before booking.
Compare prices on the same basis
Check whether VAT is included and ROT already deducted. Prices after ROT require eligibility. Ask for a price without ROT if you will not use it. H2OVS confirms price and scope before starting.
Ask how extras are handled
Ask what happens if the installation differs from the package. H2OVS discusses changes and extras with you before carrying out additional work. Both parties should understand the agreed scope.
