Several small jobs can often be planned together. Describe all needs so we can assess materials, time and price.
Make a room-by-room list
List what you want changed and what does not work in each room. You do not need technical names: describe where and when the problem occurs, and whether you need a planned replacement or fault finding.
Distinguish fitting from fault finding
Replacing a known product can often be planned in advance. Poor flow, recurring smells or uneven heat may need diagnosis first. Mention symptoms in other rooms too; the problems may be connected.
Send useful photos and product details
Take an overview and close-ups of visible connections for each job. Include links to products you have bought or are considering. Leave fittings connected. After sending your request, attach photos via the email link using your booking reference.
Ask for a combined price
Several jobs can simplify planning but do not automatically mean a discount. Include the full list in one request for a combined quote. Confirm what you supply, what H2OVS brings and whether disposal is required.
Prepare access and leave fittings connected
Clear cabinets and the area around toilets and machines. Explain how water can be isolated and whether the property owner must coordinate it. Leave installations connected. For an active leak, call instead of waiting for a planned visit.
